This event is a melting pot of talent, drawing high school administrators and students, college instructors and students, and Lennox HVAC contractors—everyone from installers and service techs to salespeople, office staff, and owners. And yes, they’re bringing their trucks, tools, and A-game to learn and compete!

Lennox VisionTECH is the industry’s first and only true team-building event, blending education with some friendly competition. So, what kind of competitions are we talking about? Colleges will go head-to-head with other universities, while dealers will face off against fellow dealers. Winners don’t just walk away with bragging rights—they’ll claim the coveted 2025 Champions trophy! Plus, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will score some top-tier industry swag to take home.

High Schools

This year the High Schools will have their own 4 – 1 hour breakout sessions that will be taught by Lennox personnel, College teachers, and anyone attending the meeting with pathway information that will help with information about the HVAC Industry and its possibilities. We have a very High-Tech industry with great benefits for every student that is looking for a great career.

Vehicle competition

  • Fun: 3rd Annual Bean Bag Tournament, Tuesday April 8th from 7pm to 10pm in the Wilderness Ballroom. Register Now.
